I’m Najla Sater, founder of Rising Reine and creator of The Activate•Her Method™, a personal development approach built around confidence, mindset, self-awareness and growth.

I created Rising Reine to help women and girls navigate life with greater confidence, clarity and belief in themselves. Through coaching and workshops, I help them recognize their strengths, find their voice, overcome what’s holding them back, and take intentional steps toward who they want to become.
